Let There Be Light Review

I received the book free for review purposes but all opinions are 100% honest.

'In the very beginning, God's love bubbled over when there was nothing else---no trees, no birds, no animals, no sky, no sea---only darkness.' Let There Be Light by the Nobel Peace Prize Winner Archbishop Desmond Tutu is an engaging book about god creating the world. The beauty of this biblical story comes to life through the vivid images from illustrator Nancy Tillman. This beautiful book takes you through the creation over seven days, in the most enchanting way. The pictures spread light over this magnificent story. Sophia was truly captivated by the colorful pictures.

Not only that but it’s the perfect book to bring in the home for young children being taught the word of God. Ralph and I really enjoyed this story and is a great book for all ages. It is also a hard cover…For us that was a big plus! Sophia loves to see and hold the books herself. This ensures the book has a “long life” in this house!! I highly recommend this book! Also there is a fun page in the front where you can personalize the book and add a dedication! I love when books have these; I want Sophia to know when she received the book and be able to have keepsakes for her own family one day!

The book is reasonably priced and can be purchased from Amazon and Barnes and Noble.
